- Part Time: 1st Shift
- 60-Bed Facility
- Must be licensed in Wisconsin
- Must hold current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
- Current Wisconsin LPN license
- Ability to administer medications and IV certification
- Knowledge of state rules and regulations
