Responsibilities:

• Maintain Resident Medical Records
• Respond to Medical Records Requests
• Schedule and/ or provide resident transportation to/ from appointments
• Resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals
• Reports all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed CNA Course/State Licensed
• Must be 25 years or older
• Clean driving record
• High School diploma or GED
• Medical Records experience in long-term care setting, preferred
• ART, preferred
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
