- Must hold a current license to practice as a CNA or STNA.

What You’ll Do
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow and support infection control procedures
- Complete required documentation, including vital signs
- Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Rights
- Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and families
- Completed CNA/STNA course with active state licensure
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- A service mindset and eagerness to learn
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attendance and reliability
