What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and planning activity programs for residents
- Carry out the activity calendar and support daily scheduled activities
- Promote spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social engagement
- Support residents on both a group and individual basis
- Encourage participation while respecting residents’ interests and abilities
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all residents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Genuine care and compassion for residents
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and support resident-centered programming
- Excellent attendance and reliability
