What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and assist with general inquiries

• Provide clerical and administrative support for the Business Office, Administrator, and department leaders

• Prepare correspondence, distribute mail, and maintain organized office records

• Assist with payroll support, invoices, and other Business Office functions

• Help prepare new resident admission materials and support front office operations

• Promote resident privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset

• Excellent attendance and reliability
