- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Working knowledge of programming or query languages (SQL, Python, or R) preferred; willingness to learn required.
- Demonstrated ability or willingness to leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and support field teams.
- May be required to travel up to 10% of the time; travel subject to change based on business needs.
- Maintain and update pricing across internal systems, third-party platforms, and pricing tools with accuracy and within established timelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field teams on pricing-related questions, updates, and implementation support.
- Monitor and audit pricing data integrity across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Support the execution of pricing strategies, promotional changes, and revenue management initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, and Business Optimization teams to ensure pricing changes are communicated and implemented accurately.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen data governance around pricing.
- Support project coordination and implementation for new pricing tools, system integrations, or rate structure changes.
- Perform additional analytical, reporting, and pricing-related duties as assigned.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Salary : $1,000 - $450,001
