- Currently enrolled in a four-year university or college preferred.
- If currently enrolled in school, must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA (4.0 scale).
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience demonstrating teamwork and critical thinking skills to accomplish tasks.
- Strong customer service, detail orientation, multi-tasking, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prepare financial and operational reports and analysis that help drive community profitability.
- Build reporting that is both efficient and can scale with Company growth.
- Determine and implement the best methods and systems for report creation and delivery.
- Measure the effectiveness and usage of reports and analysis produced.
- Support the Business Optimization and other functional areas with tools to improve their efficiency.
- Provide the Business Optimization team with research into variances and operational questions.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
