What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic Display
- Translate data into insights and action plans to continuously improve ROI and scale performance
- Learn strategy while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable growth
- Build high-quality reports and analyses that “wow” clients with the how and why behind the results
- Own up to~$12M in annual ad spend across a select portfolio (<15 clients)
- Contribute to ATRA’s evolving processes and media playbooks
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in paid media / PPC / SEM
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn, Microsoft, and programmatic are a plus
- Google Ads & Analytics certifications (or ability to complete in 30 days)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, passionate about optimization
- A growth-focused, ownership mentality—we value Outliers who strive to be the best
