Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement initiatives across IT hardware, enterprise software, SaaS, and data center services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, SaaS, and technology services
- Lead competitive sourcing, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and renewals
- Partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to define technical and operational requirements
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify savings, cost-avoidance opportunities, and additional sources of business value
- Analyze market trends and benchmark supplier pricing
- Support procurement operations, including purchase requests, procure-to-pay workflows, delivery tracking, and goods receipt
- Ensure compliance with established procurement policies and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or a related field
- At least five years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience
- Strong experience sourcing IT hardware, software, SaaS, or data center services
- Proven success negotiating contracts and managing strategic suppliers
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, or R&D stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience using procurement systems and strategic sourcing tools
- Ability to balance cost, supplier risk, service quality, and operational requirements
Preferred Experience
- Technology sourcing experience within a high-tech or engineering-driven environment
- Knowledge of software licensing models, renewals, and supplier agreements
- Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and supplier-performance improvements
