What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Center Representative position at ATR International?
ATR International is hiring a Service Center Representative for a major client!
Daily Duties: *Membership processing *Preparation and validation of information *Phones *Finance related activities.
- Setting up and maintaining member data including but not limited to processing enrollments, corrections, retroactivity adjustments and terminations
- Ensuring bills are correct and mailed timely
- Resolving payment discrepancies and delinquencies
- Participating in purchasers performance evaluations and performance target setting activities
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance or related field
- Proficiency in math, data entry, typing, spelling and grammar, for which tests are required
- Successful customer service track record
- Computer experience preferably in a PC windows-based environment
Location: San Diego, CA 92108 | Remote flex after training
Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 | Duration: 9 months

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
