The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, pipelining, onboarding coordination, documentation, and contractor support for assigned client accounts. This role partners closely with Recruiting Leadership, Account Management, Operations, and clients to develop and execute recruiting strategies that maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and support ongoing business needs.
The Recruiter will manage the candidate and contractor experience from sourcing through onboarding and assignment support while ensuring high levels of customer service, responsiveness, and client satisfaction. This position may require occasional onsite presence at client locations to support hiring initiatives, employee engagement, onboarding activities, workforce planning, and operational partnership needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with client hiring forecasts and business demands.
- Source and attract candidates using internal databases, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, schools, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct screenings, administer assessments as needed, and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, education, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, onboarding activities, and hiring documentation.
- Manage contractor and employee support activities including follow-up communication, engagement, coaching, recognition, retention efforts, and assignment-related issue resolution.
- Partner with Recruiting Leadership, Account Managers, Operations, and clients to identify trends, resolve escalations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong client and employee relationships through proactive communication and customer service.
- Support client meetings, hiring events, onboarding sessions, and operational initiatives both remotely and onsite as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are achieved.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and performance goals.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of recruiting, staffing, operations, HR, or customer-focused professional experience preferred.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or workforce management environments preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel onsite to client locations as business needs require.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
