Immigration Analyst

ATR International is hiring a Mobility/Immigration Analyst for a major client in San Diego, CA!

As part of Client's Global Mobility (GM) team, the Senior Immigration Analyst plays a critical role in supporting PERM-based recruitment and labor market testing in alignment with U.S. immigration requirements. This position sits within Global Mobility and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Legal, outside counsel, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and well-documented PERM recruitment processes.

Details: Own and manage PERM recruitment and labor market testing activities, including the creation and oversight of TA requisitions required for PERM compliance

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility colleagues, hiring managers, Legal, and external immigration counsel to support end‐to‐end PERM recruitment processes
• Ensure all recruitment steps meet Department of Labor (DOL) requirements, internal policies, and audit standards
• Qualify and disposition candidates in accordance with PERM regulations and document recruitment outcomes accurately and consistently
• Complete and coordinate required immigration and recruitment documentation, working with internal partners and outside counsel
• Monitor timelines, recruitment outcomes, and compliance checkpoints to support successful PERM filings
• Maintain strong working knowledge of evolving immigration regulations and labor market testing requirements, applying updates to operational practices

Qualifications:  Demonstrated experience supporting PERM recruitment and/or employment-based immigration processes, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements

• Knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and labor market testing best practices; experience working with external immigration counsel preferred
• Familiarity with Workday, Eightfold, or similar recruiting and talent intelligence platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Global Mobility, TA, Legal, and business teams
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Immigration, Global Mobility

Location: San Diego, CA

Hourly Rate: $43.00 - $54.00

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
