JOB DESCRIPTION

Above The Rest Flooring and More

Tile Helper / Entry-Level

Requirements for Helpers:

• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment, 60
• Working from a kneeling, crouching or bent over position frequently
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow installation instructions/prescribed method of install
• Strong work ethic (reliable with a positive attitude)
• Own transportation
• Good customer service/manners
• Assist installers
• Mix mud
• Stock rooms
• Prep walls and floors for tiling/flooring
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
