We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our jewelry workshop in Manhattan. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, receiving and releasing jewelry orders, updating job status, communicating with customers, coordinating with the workshop team, and checking completed orders before delivery. Jewelry experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate. Attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service are essential.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
