Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service repairs and installation for the techs
- Utilize GPS and GIS technologies to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, and clients via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Manage shipping & receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Monitor fleet management systems to oversee vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and driver assignments.
- Analyze transportation data to identify efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain organized records of dispatch activities, incident reports, for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with home service management systems is a plus
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data related to home service planning and efficiency improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy using platforms.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with freight documentation requirements.
- Basic typing skills for quick data input; familiarity with transportation planning tools is a plus.
