What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Aiken Senior Life Services?
Aiken Senior Life Services (ASLS) is looking for a part-time afternoon Dispatcher to route and dispatch trips to our drivers, answer incoming calls, take appointments from clients, and assist Dispatch Scheduler as necessary with entering trips into our CAD system. Hours are Monday through Friday from 3pm until 7pm with rotating holidays (we are closed July 4th, Christmas Day and New Years Day).
You will...
- Assign client trips to the appropriate driver and re-arrange driver’s schedule as necessary to meet on time demands
- Assist drivers in finding locations of clients/facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and drivers
- Count money brought in by drivers

- EXCELLENT knowledge of the Aiken County/Augusta, GA areas is a MUST
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2-3 years customer service experience in an inbound call center environment
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Routing, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
- Patience and positive attitude
- Must pass drug screen and background check
Job Type: Part-time
