As a Massage Therapist within our Salon & Spa Team, you will provide expert therapeutic massage treatments using primarily Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic techniques. You will conduct client assessments to tailor each session to individual needs, delivering exceptional care during 60 to 90-minute appointments. Your role is central to promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify areas of concern and desired outcomes
- Perform massage therapy treatments primarily using Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic techniques
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout session.
- Manage appointment time efficiently, typically providing 60 or 90-minute sessions
- Uphold sanitation and hygiene standards in the therapy environment
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Massage Therapy
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Preferred Qualifications
- More than 1 year of professional experience in massage therapy
- Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques
- Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to massage therapy

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
