ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event support staff for an exclusive Tech Conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

Details
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr plus overtime rate for applicable shifts
Location: San Francisco, CA
Dates:
- Tuesday, April 28th - Thursday, April 30th (staff not required to work all dates)
- Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs and start in the morning. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.
Duties
A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed
- Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
- Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
- Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
- Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
- Scan attendee credentials
- Provide general event assistance as assigned
Qualifications
- Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
- Previous brand ambassador, promo model, event, hospitality, retail and/or other customer facing experience
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
