Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization.
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the oversight of forecasting and analysis of Atlas’ different funding structures and its impact on our balance sheet and liquidity. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and utilization of balance sheet and liquidity resources while adhering to internal controls and business objectives.
The role also requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, and advanced ability to produce Excel models & analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and run a regular bank reconciliation process to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the different structures and for Atlas on a consolidated basis
- Support production of daily reports / models require by Atlas’ leverage providers
- Support production of weekly, monthly and quarterly senior-level overviews and write variance commentaries which articulate total results with a focus on total balance sheet trend, net funding and liquidity usage, net interest margin (“NIM”) with reference to the underlying business drivers
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency in forecasting process and implement proper controls
- Support ad-hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as materials for senior level presentations
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles.
- Familiarity with Balance Sheet products and securitization core lines of business
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and competency in other Office applications

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
