Ham Lake machine shop is looking for a CNC Mill Machinist.
Job Type: Full Time Days
1st Shift: Monday - Friday *Start time flexible
Overtime available
Job Description:
- Load, set up, examine, and modify CNC programs
- Select and align tooling, fixtures and attachments for machining
- Perform in-process inspection of own work while running machine
- Adjust machine to produce a conforming product
- Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
- Work safely, and comply with all established safety rules and work practices
- Maintain and care for all shop tools, machines and equipment
- Inform supervisor of job, machine, and equipment related problems as well as any other information related to work activity and progress
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to create, setup and edit machine programs (Required)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 50 pounds
*Rate of pay is based on experience.
