We are seeking a highly accountable Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of office, residential, and communications infrastructure assets. This role owns day-to-day operations across multiple property types, ensuring assets are fully operational, well-maintained, and performing efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating across different environments while managing vendors, tenants, and projects.

Qualifications/Experience:
- 3 years of experience in property management, facilities management, office administration
- Experience managing multiple asset types (commercial, residential, and/or infrastructure preferred)
- Proven ability to manage vendors and resolve operational issues independently
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring properties are clean, functional, and professionally maintained
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and respond quickly to operational issues
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, ensuring performance and accountability
- Support communications infrastructure sites by coordinating access, maintaining site readiness, and ensuring uptime
- Monitor and manage power systems and site functionality where applicable
- Manage operating budgets, control expenses, and support financial processes including rent collection and CAM reconciliation
- Lead repairs, upgrades, and tenant improvement projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Travel between sites as needed to proactively address issues and maintain standards
We’re looking for a self-directed operator who takes full ownership of their portfolio. You are adaptable, decisive, and comfortable shifting between different asset types and priorities. You don’t wait for direction—you identify issues early, solve problems quickly, and hold vendors and partners accountable. You’re equally comfortable in the field and managing budgets, with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
Bonus:
- Experience with communications/tower or infrastructure assets
- Familiarity with power systems (generators, backup systems, solar)
- Trade or construction background
- Experience in a lean, high-accountability environment
This role requires regular travel between properties and a high level of on-site presence.
