Property Manager – Luxury Properties | Vail & Aspen, CO
High Altitude Property Services is hiring a full-time Property Manager to oversee luxury properties in the Vail area and assist with Aspen properties when needed. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, hands-on, and professional who takes pride in their work and understands that luxury clients expect attention to detail and quick response times.
This is not a “sit behind a desk all day” position. We need someone who can problem solve, communicate well, handle property needs independently, and represent our company professionally in high-end homes and communities.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- On-call rotation every 4th week
- Pay: $25–$35/hour DOE
- Fuel reimbursement provided
- Based primarily in Vail, CO
- Must be willing to travel to Aspen when needed
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain luxury residential properties
- Perform property inspections and walkthroughs
- Coordinate vendors, repairs, and maintenance
- Respond to property issues quickly and professionally
- Assist with guest/property owner requests
- Ensure homes are maintained to luxury standards
- Handle light maintenance and troubleshooting when possible
- Communicate updates clearly with management and clients
Requirements
- Reliable and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have a truck or clean/presentable vehicle
- Must be willing to travel between properties
- Ability to be on-call during scheduled rotation
- Experience in property management, maintenance, construction, hospitality, or luxury services preferred
Bonus Qualifications
- Own tools (not required but a huge plus)
- General handyman/maintenance knowledge
- Experience working in luxury homes or vacation rentals
