What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator/ Sales Support position at Atlas Tool Works?

This position is part of a small office environment within our Accushim Inc sales office and provides support for Atlas Tool Works. Low volume, high diversity task mix. Performs all order entry, billing, office administration, sales support and customer service. Ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or industrial supply environment. Understanding of BOM/inventory ideal. Math aptitude required.

Experience in the following required (See JD for full description):

  • order entry
  • customer service
  • invoicing and applying payments
  • paperwork associated with customer portals and shippers

Salary : $22 - $29
