Job Description:
Callero & Callero LLP, an accounting firm near O’Hare Airport in Des Plaines, IL is looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Friendly / outgoing personality
- Treat clients with utmost respect and friendliness
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- At least one year of experience answering calls and performing general office tasks (copying, scanning, etc.) preferably in a professional services setting.
Duties:
- Receptionist at the front desk. Answering and transferring phone calls
- Billing clients
- Collections
- Preparing deposit on a weekly basis
- Applying receipts to customer accounts
- E-mailing invoices to clients
- Scanning, copying, typing
- Distributing mail on a daily basis
- Processing tax returns (electronically and on paper)
- Sending out UPS packages when needed
- Mailing letters and other correspondence as needed
- Various Human resource functions (insurance, policies, onboarding)
- Various other general office tasks
Benefits:
- Hours would typically be 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday
- Some overtime would be required during tax season (February-April of each year).This would be paid at time and a half.
