Overview
Atlas Structural Foundation Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support the coordination and execution of our structural repair and foundation stabilization projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial scheduling through completion.
The Construction Administrator will manage project documentation, coordinate with field crews and clients, track project progress, and support operational systems such as scheduling, job costing, and reporting. This position helps ensure our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Manage project documentation including proposals, contracts, permits, schedules, change orders, and completion reports.
- Coordinate scheduling between sales staff, project managers, and field crews.
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
Operational Support
- Assist with job costing, material tracking, and project budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours.
- Support inventory tracking and equipment scheduling.
Field & Office Communication
- Serve as a communication hub between office staff, field crews, vendors, and customers.
- Assist project managers in resolving scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or jobsite challenges.
- Help ensure field teams have the necessary documentation and resources prior to mobilizing to a job.
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain documentation related to inspections, engineering reports, and structural repair specifications.
- Ensure project files meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with tracking safety documentation and compliance records.
Reporting & Systems
- Maintain organized digital job files and update project management systems.
- Prepare reports on project progress, scheduling, and operational metrics.
- Support internal systems related to job costing, inventory, and project tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or construction management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with construction terminology, project scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with both office staff and field crews
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and digital documentation systems
- Prior experience in construction, foundation repair, concrete, or structural work is highly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with specialty contractors such as foundation repair, structural stabilization, concrete repair, or geotechnical work
- Understanding of construction drawings, engineering reports, or structural repair specifications
- Experience supporting field crews and project managers in a fast-paced construction environment
