Our client is a start-up, niche executive search firm that believes in community, clarity, and genuine connection. As they grow our close-knit team, we’re looking for a Recruiting Team Manager who is hyper-organized, logical in their decision-making, and able to bring steady, day-to-day excellence to the team. This person will guide a talented group, support executive leadership, and maintain their own desk of recruiting or business development workload.

Responsibilities
Lead the Team
• Keep daily operations smooth, organized, and consistent
• Uphold high standards of accountability and follow-through across the team
• Run meetings and follow-ups that create clarity and maintain forward movement
• Build systems, workflows, and training tools that reinforce operational excellence
• Track KPIs, coach junior staff, and help team members develop strong habits
• Maintain a logical, organized approach to problem-solving and prioritization
360 Recruiting & Sales Leadership
• Maintain a manageable recruiting and BD workload with attention to timeliness and precision
• Ensure consistent quality across the recruiting lifecycle
• Support junior team members with logic-driven coaching and clear expectations
• Participate in pitches, client onboarding, and pipeline health reviews
• Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting and ongoing growth strategy
Prioritize Client & Candidate Relations
• Oversee client relationships with a calm and steady leadership style
• Ensure client communication is timely, thoughtful, and aligned with our values
• Maintain CRM and retention systems with tight accuracy and organization
• Improve feedback loops and elevate the overall client journey
Support People & Culture
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and internal documentation processes
• Support payroll, benefits coordination, compliance tracking, and performance conversations
• Bring a balanced leadership style — empathetic and supportive while keeping the welfare of the business and company in mind
• Partner with executive leadership on staffing, planning, and organizational structure
Finance & Compliance
• Keep financial documentation accurate and up to date
• Support budgeting and financial reporting with clean, organized data
• Maintain company policies and compliance documentation in a systematic way

Qualifications
• 2 years of team leadership experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment department
• Proven ability to hit recruiting or sales KPIs independently
• Strong time-management habits and a reputation for follow-through
• Experience developing and maintaining systems, documentation, and operational workflows
• Logical decision-making with emotional intelligence, but not emotion-driven
• A leadership style that is warm and approachable but firm in standards
• Ability to type 60 words per minute
• Comfortable and proficient with a varied tech stack
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary commissions/bonus (approx. OTE with completion of KPIs $120,000–$140,000 )
