Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as squireel
- Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and service stations
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
- Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
