What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Learning Innovation Lead position at Atlas Search?
Our client is a FinTech firm located in Manhattan and they are seeking a senior learning professional to help drive firmwide AI adoption through practical, business-focused learning initiatives. This person will partner closely with internal stakeholders to design programs that build AI fluency, improve day-to-day workflows, and help employees confidently apply new tools in a thoughtful and effective way. They are operating in a 3/2 hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices, and translate relevant developments into practical learning strategies
- Design and deliver learning programs that help employees understand and apply AI in their daily work
- Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and create solutions that support real workflow improvement
- Facilitate interactive workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead AI-focused learning initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with broader L&D partners to integrate AI into existing learning programs, content development, and delivery methods
- Encourage experimentation, curiosity, and responsible use of AI across the employee population
The ideal candidate will have:
- 15 years of professional experience, including a strong background in L&D, instructional design, facilitation, talent development, change management, or a related area
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, AI adoption, AI fluency, or related emerging workplace technologies is required
- Experience at a financial services firm, FinTech firm, or tech firm is strongly preferred
- Experience building practical learning solutions that support business needs and behavior change
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong consulting skills with experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, project management, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities independently
The annual base salary range is $180,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
