Portfolio Reporting & Client Delivery Associate / AVP

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing fintech platform serving the wealth management and alternative investment space. This firm partners with RIAs, family offices, wirehouses, custodians, and other financial institutions to support portfolio reporting, data aggregation, onboarding, and client delivery across both traditional and alternative investments.

The team is hiring at both the Associate and AVP levels, depending on experience.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates who enjoy operating at the intersection of client service, investment reporting, operations, and technology.

What the role will involve:

• Supporting and maintaining financial reporting and data aggregation platforms
• Analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results
• Performing account level reconciliations and resolving data breaks, cancels, and corrections
• Reviewing private equity and hedge fund statements for system input and reporting accuracy
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to resolve reporting and data issues
• Assisting with client onboarding, account setup, training, and ongoing support
• Setting up and maintaining financial accounts, assets, classifications, and data feeds
• Creating custom reports based on client needs
• Helping improve processes, controls, and operational workflows

At the AVP level, the role will also include:

• Leading and developing a team of client-facing analysts and associates
• Coaching team members through complex client and reporting issues
• Prioritizing team workflows and ensuring high quality execution
• Partnering with senior management on process improvement and special projects

Ideal background:

• Experience in wealth management, portfolio reporting, client delivery, family office operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and portfolio reporting
• Experience supporting RIAs, family offices, investment advisors, wirehouses, or custodians
• Familiarity with platforms such as Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro, or similar
• Client-facing mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Leveling:

• Associate: roughly 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• AVP / Team Lead: roughly 7 years of relevant experience, including people management or team leadership

COMP:

• Associate: 70-85K Base Bonus
• AVP: 95-120K Base Bonus

Location / Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office / 1 day remote
