Overview
A fast-growing national advisory firm is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager to join its expanding M&A advisory practice. This group works closely with private equity sponsors, corporate acquirers, and management teams on complex transactions across a wide range of industries. The team is in an early build phase with a strong deal pipeline and significant growth planned over the next year.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful client exposure, ownership of engagements, and the opportunity to help shape a rapidly scaling TAS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Manage Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Indebtedness analyses
- Oversee day-to-day engagement execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Review analyses prepared by senior consultants and provide coaching and feedback
- Partner with deal teams and clients to identify key transaction issues and risks
- Support sell-side readiness and pre-transaction planning
- Assist with transaction agreement support, including financial definitions and purchase price mechanics
- Contribute to internal process improvement and best-practice development
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or public accounting with deal exposure
- Strong understanding of M&A concepts, financial statement analysis, and transaction mechanics
- Experience working with private equity and corporate clients
- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing environments
- CPA strongly preferred
