Our client is a law firm in NJ, and they are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in managing litigation cases
- Prepare, format, and verify legal documents
- Handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
- Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery materials.
- Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and deposition summaries.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a litigation-focused law firm or personal injury firm.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Must be open to working on site in the NJ office 4 days a week.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Management experince is a plus
The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
