Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan, New York looking to hire a Learning/Development (L&D) and Recruitment Coordinator for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Recruiting, the Associate Development Manager, and cross-functional teams to support professional development programs.
- Work closely with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews.
- Keep hiring teams and candidates informed throughout each stage of the recruiting process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and lead the execution and implementation of those enhancements.
- Support the planning, setup, and on-site participation for recruiting events, including conferences and career fairs.
Qualifications:
- Must have some experience in professional development.
- Must have LMS or training experience.
- 1 years of recruitment support
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction
The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
