In this key role, you'll support core HR functions, partner with team leads, and contribute to a collaborative, people-first culture. What You’ll Do:
- Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and day-to-day HR support
- Help coordinate performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
- Provide administrative support for benefits, open enrollment, and payroll changes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labor laws
- Maintain employee records and data integrity in HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Support learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Help with reporting, analytics, and compliance audits
- Participate in investigations, exit interviews, and other HR processes as needed
- Assist with HR communications, training sessions, and internal initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Workday or other HRIS a plus
- Ability to work onsite 3 days/week and travel up to 10–15% if needed
