What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERISA Benefits Administrator position at Atlas Search?
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.) in compliance with ERISA and other regulations.
- Manage employee enrollments, disenrollments, and updates to benefits records.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators to resolve benefits issues.
- Ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies (DOL, IRS, etc.) and distribute required plan documents.
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in ERISA and benefits regulations.
Qualifications :
The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
