Our client is a Engineering firm seeking a Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities with property owners, government agencies, and institutional clients through RFPs, networking, LinkedIn, and outreach.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and projects, collaborating with leadership to support growth objectives.
- Track and report on key business development metrics, including pipeline performance, revenue goals, and conversion rates.
- Develop proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value and support client acquisition.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions to strengthen relationships and increase visibility.
- Conduct client needs assessments and identify opportunities for expanded services.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, and collateral to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and support sales growth.
Core Competencies:
- 8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Real Estate/Property Management experience/knowledge
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong communications skills
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 (OTE target $175-$200k). Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
