Our client is a Financial firm in Chicago. This role sits on-site in their office 5 days a week.
Job description
- Book and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all spaces are prepared and equipped for high-level meetings.
- Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders as needed, and coordinate facilities-related tasks including workspace setup, maintenance requests, and vendor communications
- This person will be sitting at reception.
- The position will start on a contractual basis, with the opportunity to convert to full-time employment contingent upon satisfactory performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 yrs experience working in Office Administration/Reception/Hospitality
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Corporate reception/office administrator experience is a plus
The annual base salary range is $70,000-$95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
