We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. This role will partner with business stakeholders to analyze complex healthcare data, deliver actionable insights, and help improve operational and financial performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate findings, and deliver actionable business insights.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Access, and related reporting and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, CMS guidelines, and EncoderPro.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $65,000 - $72,000
