What will you do every day?

• Follow product specifications to assemble and finish components to a high standard.
• Examine completed units for defects and verify they meet company requirements.
• Cut and install springs by hand during the final assembly process.
• Deburr parts to remove sharp edges and ensure proper fit and finish.
• Use various shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Team up with coworkers to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Keep your workspace orderly to promote safety and efficiency.
• Notify your supervisor immediately about any issues or discrepancies.
• Join training sessions to build new skills and stay current on processes.

What do you bring?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
• Comfort working in a team-focused environment.
• Good communication skills with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
