Front Office Support & Communication
- Support daily front office operations and coverage during peak times, staff absences, and lunch breaks
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide timely follow-up communication
- Greet and assist visitors, families, and staff with professionalism and strong customer service
- Provide accurate translation and interpretation for meetings, calls, and written materials as needed
- Share school information clearly and accurately with families and the public
- Support student recruitment, conferences, and check-in processes
- Maintain student files and ensure FERPA compliance
- Track and file attendance-related documentation, including doctor’s notes
- Assist with managing staff calendars for meetings
- Fulfill uniform orders and payments using established systems
- Monitor and restock office and staff lounge supplies
- Support general office operations, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist with maintaining order in the front office by supporting appropriate visitor flow
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
- Support school safety by ensuring proper visitor check-in and ID verification procedures
- Follow all Atlas Schools policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Participate in school events, enrollment efforts, and special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Hourly/Non-Exempt
- $19.50 - $22.90 per hour (DOE)
- Full Time; Monday - Friday; ~40 hours per week; Occasional evenings as necessary for events
- Approximately 6 weeks of school breaks
- Please note hourly positions are not annualized at Atlas and compensation is based upon actual hours worked.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to pass required background screening pursuant to CRS
- 22-30.5-110.7
- Ability to work in-person Monday through Friday, with availability for evenings during conference weeks
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Must have the ability to remain composed under stressful situations
- 1-year experience within a school setting, especially within a front office
- Previous experience in representing a business to customers/members of the public
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, with frequent use of hands for typing and office tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish in person, over the phone, and through electronic systems in a fast-paced environment
- Regular movement throughout and between buildings, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally (supplies or office materials)
- Ability to access all areas of the school building and comply with all safety and operational policies
