The Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator who will serve as a critical partner to our Account Managers and a key driver of operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end order processing, ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, maintain strong cross-team communication, and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience. Your work directly fuels revenue growth and repeat business by ensuring seamless execution behind every sale.

What You’ll Do

Order Accuracy, Fulfillment, and Customer Experience

• Oversee timely, precise handling of customer orders to deliver an exceptional experience from purchase to shipment.
• Review all orders for accuracy in pricing, product selection, quantities, and required accessories or region-specific considerations.
• Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delivery expectations, and any potential delays.

Inventory Allocation, Purchasing, and Vendor Management

• Determine when to allocate inventory or place vendor purchase orders based on availability, urgency, and cost.
• Monitor purchase orders for accuracy, timelines, and predictable delivery schedules.
• Manage communication with vendors and carriers, resolving any fulfillment or shipment issues that arise.

Cross-Team Coordination and Issue Resolution

• Partner closely with Account Managers to align on order requirements, lead times, and acceptable product substitutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to accelerate fulfillment and maintain seamless communication across all stakeholders.
• Resolve discrepancies between sales orders and purchase order confirmations quickly and professionally.

Warehouse Collaboration and Operational Support

• Assist in the warehouse as needed, including receiving inventory and preparing outbound shipments.
• Maintain knowledge of products, internal procedures, vendor policies, and basic accounting processes to support smooth operations.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication that supports collaboration and positive customer experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely, use a ladder or pallet jack, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
