In this role, you will represent FL Green Innovations, speaking directly with homeowners about energy and home improvement solutions, setting appointments, and converting leads in a performance-driven sales environment.
This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who enjoy outbound calling, relationship-building, and closing opportunities over the phone.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $5,000/month (base payroll bonuses)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
- Knows how to speak English & Spanish
- Demonstrated success in phone sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
