Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse
organization/workflow and warehouse activities, including but not limited to receiving, storing, cycle counting, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice and enforce safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, programs, and regulations.
- Assigning tasks and monitoring employees to ensure productivity goals are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting cycle counts, managing stock rotations, and identifying discrepancies.
- Oversee the receiving process, checking incoming shipments against purchase orders, and coordinating the shipments according to sales orders/customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
- Perform weekly cycle counts.
- Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Picking and palletizing orders for wellhead assembly
- Monitor stock levels and communicate if levels are low
- Opening crates and other containers, sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Build small assemblies, record serial numbers, work with Excel and Outlook.
- Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: No
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience working within a wellhead facility preferred.
- Experience using forklifts.
- Previous experience using ERP systems.
- Experience loading and unloading wellhead and frac equipment.
- Knowledge of the procedures and safety measures regarding material movement and loading, and unloading
- Knowledge of raw materials and production processes.
- Knowledge of wellhead and frac components, including but not limited to casing heads, mandrel hangers, tubing heads, and valves.
