Reporting to the Shop Manager. Responsible for the assembly of wellhead and sub components, pressure testing and painting of wellhead and frac equipment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs, and regulations.
- Inspect, operate and test completed product to verify functioning and conformance to requirements
- Position and or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists
- Torque connections using manual and hydraulic torque wrenches
- Adjust, repair, rework, or replace parts and assemblies to eliminate malfunctions and to ensure proper operation
- Maintain and lubricate parts or components
- Preform other regular duties as assigned or requested

- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Normally work in an inspection and assembly area.
- Occasionally may be exposed to hazards such as loud noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certifications, must be current, and can be provided by Atlas Pressure Control or third-party vendor
- Knowledge of wellhead and frac equipment preferred
- Knowledge of wellhead and frac equipment preferred
- Ability to operate various hand tools
- Knowledge and awareness of high pressure hydrostatic testing
- Intermediate computer, language and mathematical skills
- Reasoning ability
