The Opportunity
As Atlas Physical Therapy enters a new phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced clinician to step into a hands-on Clinical Director role. You will serve as the lead clinician at our SoHo location, carry a full caseload, and take ownership of day-to-day clinical operations — from staff oversight to scheduling to hiring. For the right candidate with a long-term mindset, there is a path to deeper investment in the practice over time.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality 1:1 outpatient orthopedic care with a full caseload
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs focused on strength, performance, and long-term capacity
- Lead clinical operations including staff oversight, scheduling, and hiring decisions
- Contribute to practice growth through strong patient relationships and clinical reputation
- Partner directly with ownership on the strategic direction of the practice
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of outpatient orthopedic or private practice experience with a full independent caseload
- Strong foundation in strength, conditioning, and performance-based rehabilitation
- Clinical leadership experience or a clear readiness to step into that role
Compensation
- Base salary $120,000–$150,000 commensurate with experience
- Health insurance, PTO, and continuing education allowance
- Profit sharing
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license
- 3 years outpatient orthopedic or private practice experience
