Job Tittle: Commissioning Engineer
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential extension
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Work Authorization: US Citizen or PR/Green Card Holders
We are seeking experienced Commissioning Engineer with a background in shipyard commissioning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute commissioning and testing activities.
- Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Review technical documentation and record commissioning results.
- Support system handover and project completion.
- Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commissioning role within a shipyard environment.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or integrated vessel systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical drawings.
- Able to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced project environment.
