Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all techical aspects of product development projects from conception to production ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, design, supply chain, and operations to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct new product introduction (NPI). Act as the primary liaison between design engineering and operations during new product lauches. Oversee manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation.
- Develop cost models, quotes, and process routings. Communicate pricing and delivery estimates to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and target gross margins.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in project management software and engineering tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
