What your day looks like

At our Lake Hallie, WI facility, you’ll bring engineered products to life by assembling metal parts with accuracy and care. You’ll move between reading prints, fitting components, and verifying quality so every build meets spec the first time.

Core work

• Assemble metal components and finished products to specifications and company quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools confidently to complete builds efficiently and safely.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to confirm parts meet requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline steps and boost throughput.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices.
• Escalate issues, discrepancies, or material concerns to your supervisor promptly.
  
  

What helps you succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Assembly/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specs.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Physical capability to lift and move components as needed.
  
  

Shifts

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm
• 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 pm–2:00 am
