Position Overview
Atlas Medical is hiring a Healthcare Sales Development Representative — Research & Appointment Setting to help identify U.S. hospitals with upcoming imaging or cath lab projects and book qualified intro meetings with our sales leadership.
This is not a basic cold calling role where you are handed a list and asked to dial all day.
This role requires research, account preparation, stakeholder identification, professional outbound calling, follow-up, and CRM documentation.
You will research hospitals, identify relevant decision-makers, contact them by phone and email, qualify whether there is an upcoming project, and schedule intro meetings for Atlas Medical.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a larger sales role. A successful SDR will have a path to promotion into an Associate Sales Representative position.
What You’ll Do
- Research U.S. hospitals and health systems
- Review project signals such as public filings, hospital announcements, construction updates, and internal lead lists
- Identify likely decision-makers and influencers
- Build contact lists for target hospital accounts
- Make outbound calls to hospital stakeholders
- Send professional follow-up emails
- Ask discovery questions to understand project timing, equipment replacement plans, vendor information, construction timelines, and interim coverage needs
- Book qualified intro meetings with Atlas Medical’s sales leadership
- Maintain accurate notes and next steps in CRM
- Follow up consistently until the lead is booked, disqualified, or clearly not interested
Who You’ll Be Calling
You will contact hospital professionals such as:
- Radiology Directors
- Imaging Directors
- Cath Lab Directors
- Interventional Radiology Directors
- Cardiovascular Service Line Directors
- Imaging Operations Managers
- Facilities Managers

- VP of Operations / COO-level contacts when appropriate
These are professional, operationally focused conversations with healthcare leaders. You must be comfortable speaking clearly, respectfully, and confidently.
