Responsibilities- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
