Every finished part tells a story. In this role, you’re the finisher who turns raw edges into clean lines and tight tolerances into reality. You’ll blend technical skill with care, operating grinding and deburring equipment to deliver consistent quality at scale.
Role missionProduce metal components that meet exacting specifications by executing grinding and deburring operations, verifying quality, and sustaining a safe, orderly workspace while collaborating to hit production goals.
Key responsibilities- Run grinding operations—including internal (ID) work and edge finishing—to achieve the required finish and dimensions.
- Inspect each part for conformance to drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation to support safe, efficient flow.
- Partner with teammates to meet schedule commitments and throughput targets.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure reliable performance.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience in grinding, deburring, or related manufacturing is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the discipline to follow precise directions.
- Comfort working solo and within a collaborative team.
- Clear communication and a positive, proactive approach.
